• Domestic Shipping&Payment
Domestic:Methods of payment Credit Cards accepted through our payment processor PayMate only for Australian customers. Direct Deposit Wire transfer into our Account details will be sent to you in your order confirmation email. Domestic Business Cheque only by prior arrangment from our Trade Manager to Australian Business's Only.

* Domestic orders will recieve an email with tracking number within 3-4 hours of leaving our Queensland Warehouse /or European Warehouse.We do not display our bank details online or our ABN Number for Security Reasons .This infomation is freely avilable to you in all our emails to you and on all of our invoices issued.

• International Shipping&Payment
International Delivery Wholesale Orders are sent by signature delivery.To ensure Proff of delievery.No credit cards for international customers are accepted due to high incidents of fraudulent credit cards. Payment for International orders is by Wire transfer to our Company bank account.Details will be provided in your order confirmation email with the shipping costs quoted.

International orders you as the cilent are responsible for all customs fees charged by your country and others fees associated with your order,as we cannot calculate these fees,please ensure the items you are importing into your country is on the allowed list of imports.Please let us know what you want written on the customs forms to ensure a speedy pass through your customs departments.

Delivery by Sea is quoted on a client to client basis.We will email you a quote on shipping costs involved as their are certain forms ,insurance and sometimes special requirements needed to be filled in etc for Export to certain countrys .

• General Delivery Information
We are always having items come in and out.In stock items :order out within 4-5 Business days.Out of stock items :2weeks or 14day (business days) this applies to both Domestic and International orders.This time frame allows us to stock your complete order if certain items are not in stock when you place your order.

Certain lines we carry,sell out very quickly we are sorry if this causes any inconviences for you,we continually address this matter by increasing our stocks levels but we have no way of knowing how popular a certain item may become.

We have a stock level of 75% of all items in stock at any given time at the present. When we start to carry new items we only have small stocks to start with ,to test the market.Once Testing has been established we increase stock to meet our cilents needs. Items can and do sell out quickly in wholesale so order when you see them.

Designer New seasons items have cut off dates for orders for upcoming collections.If you require these items they are all pre-ordered.And the dates to order will be listed in the items add.A 40% deposit is required of your Total order when you place that with us.Remainder due before delievery to you.Pre_ordered items also recieve discounted pricing.

We are governed by Federal Australian Law, which controls all time factors when Delievering in wholesale purchasing .We work very hard to stick to to our normal delievery times.If there is to be a delay we will email you and inform you of your expected date of delievery.

Normal delievery is not always possible during busy times in the year Christmas,Valentines day,Mothers Day,Fathers Day,End of Season Sales.

We ask that you consider this and to avoid delays use our pre-order service ,if you have to have it in a certain time frame, order early to avoid delays during busy times. Made to Order items (private Manufacture on orders can take up to 30-60 Days depending on the amounts ordered,special requirments etc).This is the normal time it takes to have items manufactured .

We only deliever to the person and address who signed the application for wholesale purchases according to the instructions they gave us on the application form.So if you do relocate your Business be sure to inform us as soon as possible.Or you wish for the store Manager to take possesion of the items please advise us in writing.

Our Couriers for larger orders are TNT road they deliver all over Australia.

* Order and Delivery STATUS :
All orders placed online will recieve email Confirmation by email from us. No email means for some reason your order was not received or your anti virus programme on your computer does not recognise our emails. Please add us to your accepted list of approved email contacts,once you have placed your order. If you do not recieve a confimation email within 24hours of making an order please contact us immediately by email at accounts@secretsbyphoebe.com

* International Clients Deliveries. will recieve a Tracking number on all delieverys.Emailed to you within 3-6 hours of your order leaving Australia./Europe.

You should email us regarding your status if you have not received your shipment within 9 business days and or the tracking Link provided is not working.

Returns must be received no later than 4 Business days (Domestic) within 7 Business days for (International) of receiving your merchandise.We will not accept returns past these dates.

Return the item or items back to us by receipted delivery (customers to pay for the return of the merchandise back to SECRETS BY PHOEBE ) we will not be responsible for items sent back to us lost in the mail, once inspected and found to be faulty in our opinion, we will issue you with a replacement if available or a store credit.

Items found to be worn will under no circumstances be accepted by us for health reasons and will be returned at your costs to you.

Abandoned and refused items returned to us will incurr shipping/handing/restocking fees so please make sure you provide a valid address. All Sales are final.

*Note Client is responsible for all returns and shipping costs back to SBP, Australia and the return back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS: Unless the item/or items are found to be a manufacturers fault.(THEN WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST BACK TO YOU.OR ISSUE A STORE CREDIT.

The Return Number must be displayed on the outside of the parcel, if it is not, the return will not be accepted by us and sent back to you at your costs.

**Note WE DO NO OFFER CASH REFUNDS in wholesale purchasing.When purchasing in wholesale from a wholesaler you are getting the best prices on the merchandise.To offer this we have had to adjust our services we offer you.
